Covid-19 Policies 2022-03-02T01:45:12-05:00

Effective March 05, 2022 Roy’s Hall will no longer require patrons’ proof of vaccination against the Covid-19 virus. We will be selling our shows to full capacity with no social distancing, face covering, or vaccine requirements.

As guidelines, health directions and artist’s demands evolve, we may update our requirements. We will notify patrons of any modified requirements via an emailed performance reminder.

  • We are asking artists, audiences, staff, and volunteers to monitor their health and stay home if they are exhibiting any Covid and/or flu-like symptoms. By entering the theater, you are agreeing that you are not sick and have not had direct contact with anyone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 10 days or exhibits symptoms of COVID-19. It is essential that you do not attend the show if you are unwell.
  • Face coverings are strongly recommended for all individuals regardless of vaccination status in order to protect their own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
  • Roy’s Hall maintains a culture of non-judgment and no assumptions regarding mask-wearing.
  • Physical distancing in the theater will be adjusted in response to requirements mandated (dictated/advised) by the CDC, and as directed by our Front of House team.
  • We ask all patrons to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the theater.
  • Contactless scanning of theater tickets is available at each venue.
  • Concessions will be available and we will serve beverages in single-use disposal containers.
  • We encourage electronic payment for any onsite ticket purchases and concession sales.

Face masks are strongly recommended for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals in indoor settings where there is increased risk.

How Can People Safely Get Together?

Buying a ticket or being a guest at a Roy’s Hall show is an agreement to comply with Roy’s own policies and all current social distancing and mask guidelines set forth by local and state governments. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and appreciate your cooperation as we return to unrestricted full-capacity events. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at boxoffice@royshall.org. We look forward to the day when none of this is necessary.
